Employment Advice

Since April 1 2013 we no longer have any public funding for our employment work. This severely restricts our ability to provide representation. We are able to take on cases where clients have legal expenses insurance (sometimes part of home insurance policies) and are able to assist with compromise agreements. However we are trying to maintain the rest of our service and are currently supported by London Legal Support Trust and Trust for London.

The problems we deal with include:

  • Parental leave and time off for dependents
